  • The email address used to complete the order;

  • Your order or transaction number;

  • The title of the digital product purchased;

  • A short description of why you are requesting a refund.

Since all products are delivered electronically, there is no physical item to return and nothing needs to be mailed to us.

  1. ACCESS OR FILE-RELATED PROBLEMS

If you are unable to access or download your purchase, receive the wrong product, or discover that a file is damaged, incomplete, or unavailable, please contact our support team promptly. We will investigate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

  1. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

After your request has been evaluated and approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. Although we initiate approved refunds promptly, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received the funds, please contact us so we can assist you.

  1. EXCHANGES

Traditional exchanges are not available because Golden Cart sells digital products. However, if you purchased the wrong material or received an incorrect file, contact our support team so we can assess the situation and determine the best available resolution.
